Edul@b participation at the “I Jornadas de Entornos Personales de Aprendizaje”

On October 27 took place the “I Jornadas de Entornos Personales de Aprendizaje” in Murcia, Spain. The meeting was organized by the Research Group on Educational Technology (GITE) of the University of Murcia.

In the conference were presented the results of the CAPPLE project  “Competencias para el aprendizaje permanente basado en el uso de PLEs: análisis de los futuros profesionales y propuestas de mejora”, financed by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, and in which the Edul@b researchers Marcelo Maina and Lourdes Guàrdia have participated.

Learning ecologies and ICT in teacher professional development

During these sessions Dr. Maina also presented a lecture on “Ecologías de aprendizaje TIC en el desarrollo profesional docente” based on the results of the ECO4LEARN project, led by the Edul@b group.

The event enabled a fruitful exchange and discussion around the concepts “personal learning environments” and “learning ecologies”.
