II Congress of Digital Competences
Members of the research group Edul@b participated on February 18 in the II Digital Competences Congress which this year is titled “Digital Citizenship in Pandemic Time” and will be held in virtual format. The event is organized by the UOC, the Generalitat de Catalunya, Barcelona Activa and the Ramon Llull – Blanquerna University.
The conference will discuss various aspects of digital competences such as its reference frameworks, digital divide and inequalities, or digital welfare and security as key aspects to contribute to the development of digitally empowered citizenship. The conference will be complemented by hands-on workshops and technological resources.
The Edul@b research group will have extensive participation in the congress:
- Teresa Romeu will participate in the first block of the programme, dedicated to the reference frameworks of digital competence.
- Montse Guitert will moderate the second block, over digital divide and inequalities.
- Montse Guitert, Teresa Romeu and Marc Romero will deliver the workshop “Strategies, Tools and Resources for Online Teaching”.
- Juliana E. Raffaghelli, Marc Romero and Teresa Romeu will deliver the workshop “Are we critical of the use of technology? How to develop critical digital competence.”
