EPNET and UOC participation at the “Researching and Evaluating Recording Achievement, Personal Development Planning and e-Portfolio”

On April 15th the fifth internal meeting of the EPNET project was held in the University of Plymouth (England). The meeting was attended by professor Lourdes Guàrdia and research assistant Ivan Alsina, members of the Edul@b research group and the Europortfolios’ Spanish Chapter.

After that, on April 16th and 17th they participated as partners of the EPNET Consortium in the seminar “Researching and Evaluating Recording Achievement, Personal Development Planning and e-Portfolio”: http://goo.gl/bKjRi2. The members of the Europortfolio community participated in the organization of a poster session, in which some of the main outputs of the project were presented to the 200 attendees. In addition, the project and its main objectives were presented during a plenary session.

Within this context, UOC members presented a poster titled ePortfolio Self-Development Study”, which presented the structure and contents of a free introductory course about ePortfolios. The course is aimed at different audiences such as learners, teachers, employers, governmental administrators or professional bodies interested in implementing an ePortfolio for the first time or who are interested in enhancing their current practices.
