Edul@b participation in the FIET 2016

On July 8th will take place the International Forum for Education and Technology (FIET 2016), held in Gerona and organised, among others, by the Open University of Catalonia.

With the slogan FIETxs2016, “New Trends“, this edition of the congress aims to reflect on the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to address today’s society: an interconnected, complex, changing and technological reality.

Participation of Edul@b

In the congress, Montse Guitert and Albert Sangrà, members of the Edul@b research group, will participate in the “Open Education and emerging learning scenarios” symposium, in which they will reflect on new pedagogic scenarios emerged from open education and technology, that enable different ways of learning and teaching; addressing the issue from different perspectives, on the basis of empirical studies that have been conducted recently.

The symposium will also feature the participation of Antonella Esposito of the University of Milan, PhD from the UOC in Education and ICT. You can consult the full FIET program here.
