Discover “RESCCUE Adventures” at the “Fes-Te Salut” Fair in Manresa, April 25-26, 2025


On April 25 and 26, 2025, the Manresa fairground will host “Fes-te Salut”, the first fair dedicated to health and well-being, designed especially for young people in Central Catalonia. Fes-te Salut will be a meeting point and collaboration between entities and associations in the territory that work with and for young people
. The objective of this initiative is to bring resources and information about physical and mental health to young people. The event is free and offers round tables, talks, presentations, workshops and many more activities for the entire community.

As part of “Fes-te Salut”, Dèlia Espanyol (Edul@b, Open University of Catalonia) will present the RESCCUE project and its workshops. On April 25 in the afternoon, teenagers will participate in the workshop “Les aventures del RESCCUE” a board game about cyberviolence. This game allows the educational community to influence the areas of mental health and cyberviolence. At the same time, it seeks safe spaces to talk about self-esteem, reconnection and attitudes towards various potential or experienced situations through screens. The RESCCUE project has been promoted by Montse Guitert, Teresa Romeu and Dèlia Espanyol (Edul@b, Open University of Catalonia).

The event is powered by epi4Health research group and the network of research groups titled Xarxa TECSAM. Discover RESCCUE Project

·REcover Spaces for traumatized Children in CommUnity sEttings post COVID-19 (RESCCUE)” aims to recover and rescue safe spaces to prevent and detect domestic and online violence against children and adolescents. It is a collaborative model that targets the educational sector, the primary healthcare system and the mental health system and focuses on:

  • Empowering children and adolescents to reduce their exposure to violent situations.
  • Empowering education professionals and families to prevent violence and support victims of violence.

The partners of the project are: Hospital Sant Joan de Déu and the Fundació Sant Joan de Déu (coordinators), Universitat Oberta de CatalunyaAjuntament de Cornellà de Llobregat and the pediatric hospital Bambino Gesù (Roma).
