On the 8th and 9th June, the Edul@b members Albert Sangrà, Montse Guitert and Federica Giardina, assistant researcher of the CODUR project, travelled to Genoa (Italy) to attend the International meeting of the Erasmus + European project CODUR (Creating an Online Dimension for University Rankings).
With the Open University (UK) and the Consiglio Nazionale della Ricerca – Istituto delle Tecnologie Didattiche (Italy) who hosted the International Meeting, the Project partners discussed the first Multiplier Event scheduling and organisation planned for August 2017. During the second part of the day the partners presented the Intellectual Output IO1 deliverables with a first review of indicators and the State of Art of Online Education. The second part of the day and the second one, the main points regarded the Delphi study, finding a shared definition of Online Education Institution.
During the meeting, the project website (http://codur.research.uoc.edu/) was presented and the main dissemination and communication aspects discussed.
The CODUR team will work in the next months to design and launch the Delphi study and present some of its outputs during the Multiplier Event following September in view of the beginning of the Intellectual Output IO2, in which the partners will draw guidelines for integrating online education quality assurance metrics in the EU-supported U-Multirank ranking.
