Participation of Edul@b in the international seminar of the CINDA network “The University in the Digital Age: Challenges, threats and emerging trends”

On May 17th took place the international seminar of CINDA network “The University in the Digital Era: Challenges, threats and emerging trends“, co-organized by the UOC, UPC and UB, in which participated the researcher of the Edul@b research group Nati Cabrera, who also directs the Master’s Degree in Quality Management and Evaluation in Higher Education.

The seminar has addressed topics such as the challenges and opportunities of the university in the digital age, the new role of teachers and students within this perspective of innovative teaching models, as well as quality assurance and accreditation of the programs in the e-learning format.

Dr. Cabrera participated at the round table entitled “Quality in virtual education: models, policies and perspectives” with the presentation International context of quality assurance in virtual education, which has exposed the different conceptions of quality and its evaluation from a global perspective, identifying the main problems and challenges of the immediate future.
